Drengot Scalillo – Asprinio d’Aversa IGP has been named after the “Scalillo”, the long, thin ladder used to harvest the Asprinio grape, which must reach 15-20 metres in height. Each rung is carefully made and adapted to the physicality of the winegrower. This means each ladder is unique and different from the other, just like the Asprinio wine which is different from anything else that one may have tried.
